On Track
On track- is a dynamic podcast that was created with the intent of providing guidance to listeners on exploring what a purpose-driven life requires.
Creating a community that is safe, loving, and healing for all that may be lost or may not understand the direction their life is headed. This space is where we dig further into our mind, body, and spirit figuring out our purpose God has intended for our life.
We will cultivate skills required not only to answer these questions, but also assist in navigating everyday obstacles.
We want to provide mentorship, showing vulnerability through personal experiences we've dealt with throughout our life and marriage, and speak with those of influence within our community.
Our Goal is to provide clarity through the storm, cultivate a healthy/ healing lifestyle, and continuing to move forward in the purpose God has provided YOU specifically!
This is our intention behind shepherding the community that's created, and these are the words behind our acronym in order to do so!

Welcome to OnTrack Podcast with your host, brandon and Isabel Diamond.
Speaker 2:Hey guys.
Speaker 1:Thank you, guys, for joining us today, on whatever platform you may be listening from. Today's episode, we'll be sharing the reason why we're creating this podcast and more about where we foresee this podcast going. We hope you enjoy this week's episode.
Speaker 2:At this point. You may or may not have listened to our testimonies. If you haven't, we encourage you to go back and listen after listening to this week's episode. Of course, we think stories are powerful and our hope is that we are not strangers to you, but over time, the community that's built through this podcast would feel familiar and offer loving, encouraging support through the friendships that are formed.
Speaker 3:We're just going to jump right into it. I had a dream to do podcasting, and I think something that sparked that interest was the urge to help others, the urge to make a difference in this world, and I think, to some degree, it's hard to do so if you're a little fish in a big pond, and that's something that I've just been growing in and realizing is, if you want to get your voice out there, you're gonna have to really make a difference to some degree in an area that you may not be comfortable in, and I think that's podcasting. For myself personally, and I think Isabel is reluctantly no, I'm just kidding gladly tagged along in this pursuit, and I think it's just going to be something that is so beautifully crafted by the intentions of the Lord and he's just going to really allow us to foster podcasting well and have the ability to, yeah, just cultivate a beautiful and uplifting and encouraging and joyful community that I've personally not had the chance to see over social media or over different platforms.
Speaker 2:I am not reluctant to jump on. I'm actually quite excited. I have always had a passion for just public speaking and using my voice to impact and create change. I just didn't know exactly what that would look like and I think you know, when you get married, you kind of dream together and you see how ministry looks within the marriage and this was just something that kind of grew from it and I'm so excited to see how God's going to use it throughout the years and, you know, integrating our life within it and all the changes that come with that. And, yeah, just allowing God to speak in and through us and for us to really hone in on certain areas that have really been impressed on our heart, that we think are really valuable, to dig in a little deeper and have a space to just be raw and honest and open.
Speaker 3:Yeah, so there, there's three main things that we want to provide within this podcast, and number one, first and foremost, is loving the Lord with all your heart, mind, soul and body, and understanding what that means, how to pursue that and practical steps in order to obtain that, because everyone is capable. And the third thing is going to be cultivating a community that we're able to lean on one another in hard times, and it's just really important not to become isolated, because the enemy works in through that to a greater degree than if you have someone in your corner. Really understanding what you're going through and having someone to process life changes with is really important, and we want to cultivate that here. And then, last but not least, um, the Lord really shepherds both Isabel and I very well. He is a steadfast, loving, pursuant father. That really has no bounds, and it's just been so incredible to see him work within our life.
Speaker 2:Absolutely.
Speaker 3:And I think that's just something we want to incorporate within this podcast. That's just something we want to incorporate within this podcast. And um, shepherd is an acronym for, uh, various different words, eight different words um that we want to really press into uh within this podcast and within this community. So I'll uh hand it off to Isabel. She's going to get in with the first letter.
Speaker 2:Yeah, so S? Um is safe, safe. I think, first and foremost, this podcast is gonna, you know, encourage but also kind of give that nice little nudge to dig deep into process and to go places with the lord. Maybe you've never gone before and we want to emulate that and set the example, and that's one of the reasons we shared our testimony is ultimately just to be raw and vulnerable, to create an environment that's safe and inviting to allow you to do the same. The second one, h, is hope. I think, ultimately, in listening to these podcasts each week, we want you to walk away feeling hopeful. You know, in Christ we are given this hope that is just indescribable and it's this hope in Jesus and what he did for us on the cross. And I think, in continuing to explore different topics within your purpose and within your Christ-given identity, there's going to be a lot of hope that comes from that and we want that to really emulate.
Speaker 3:Yeah, absolutely. The next one is E for equipping. We really want to hone in on equipping you guys with tools that are practical, that are able to be done every day. It's not going to be a how-to, but it's going to be steps you're able to take, as long as you take the steps prior to each individual episode.
Speaker 3:I think it may not be as systematic like that as we may want it to be within a perfect world, but I think taking actionable steps each and every day is going to ultimately get you to where the Lord wants you and he wants to take you to understand your purpose for your life, purpose for your life.
Speaker 3:So I think the biggest thing is equipping, and we're going to provide and make documents ourselves in order to really give you more opportunity to press into the things that the Lord is calling you to in a tangible manner in order for you to again carry out that purpose. And the next one is P for purpose, and I think I already touched on that a little bit, but I think equipping and purpose go hand in hand, because you have to be equipped in order to carry out your purpose over your life, and we really want to hone in on helping you understand what it is the Lord is calling you to, and to some degree that's out of our control. But there are steps in which you can gain greater discernment and understanding of what it is that the Lord is calling you to, through just self-reflection and being able to internalize your thoughts and feelings and desires and wants and needs, in order for you then to spit that into a system that doesn't exist. And then it comes out with your purpose and plans that the Lord has for you.
Speaker 2:I love that analogy.
Speaker 2:The next one is H for healing.
Speaker 2:And, yeah, we just love this word because both Brandon and I have gone through so much inner healing, which we'll talk about, and there's a lot that goes into that and it can be challenging, but we want to go there with you and we want it to be a thread that's within all of our episodes, within all of our episodes.
Speaker 2:You know, as you continue to grow, as we continue to grow with you, there's going to be a lot of healing, a lot of growth and a lot of freedom that comes from that and it's going to be so transformational and we can't wait and that's just going to be a pattern that you'll see throughout all of our episodes, pattern that you'll see throughout all of our episodes. And E is for encourage, and we ultimately want you to be able to be encouraged by these episodes every week and ultimately, as we continue to be open and vulnerable and you continue to dig in your own personal walk with the Lord, you will be encouraged because God will be at work and he will shine brightly and you know he's ultimately the victor over all the battles that we face and overcome. And so there's just, yeah, so much encouragement that comes with casting our vision and our eyes on the Lord and seeing how he shows up.
Speaker 3:Yeah, I love that. The next one is R, and that's redirecting no-transcript. But not only that, but social media is something that pulls you in millions of different directions on a daily basis. I think there is good to come from social media, but also there's a lot of harm. We're not going to get into that right now, but we just want to provide you a direction that is of the Lord, that is peaceful, that is joyful, that is calming and that feels like something you've never felt before because the Lord is in your midst things that were discussed today in order to redirect your life slowly but surely, not in a day, not in a month, not in a year, but through a healthy chunk of time.
Speaker 3:Yeah, the last one is D dependable. We want to be dependable for you guys. We want to show up each and every week and make things happen. We want to allow the Lord to move in and through us in order to move in and through you, and I think that's one thing that is going to just stay until whenever this podcast ends, and it's not going to be anytime soon.
Speaker 3:So we just really want to buckle down on being dependable and providing you guys with content that is scrumptious love it all to say is yeah, we just want to show up for you and be there for you because you matter. Last but not least, where we foresee this podcast going in the future, one big thing is going to be interviewing. We want to interview different people within our community that are knowledgeable in their expertise. Men need more substance Not to say that women don't but I'm going to have the capacity in this season of our life and of this podcast in order to really press into shepherding men, and I am privileged to take up the opportunity and we're going to post solo men episodes once a month, every fourth week of each month, in order for us to really hone in on men that may not be on track, and we want to get them back on track and really press into who God's created them to be in order to then lead spiritually, emotionally, physically with their spouse, and not tailoring that just to a married man, but to any single men, engaged men or married men.
Speaker 3:It's just going to be where we can get real. We can get honest and press into the things that are difficult while being a man.
Speaker 2:Again, our heart is that we want you to fully move in God's purpose for your life, obtain clarity through the storms and create a lifestyle that is representative of the way Jesus walked.
Speaker 3:We want people to become empowered, walking boldly and unashamed in their God-given identity. Alrighty, that concludes today's episode. In this coming week, we'll be having a discussion based upon practical tools to implement within your life in order to leverage further efficiency and set a foundation for the things to come. We hope you have such an amazing and blessed week ahead, y'all.
